Interpreters who successfully complete Dilmaç verification may receive a personal ComCom Interpreter ID for on-site assignments. The ID helps confirm that the interpreter is authorized to provide services through ComCom. For security reasons, the card design, numbering structure and technical verification method are not published on the website.
Interpreter verification in Türkiye is carried out exclusively by Dilmaç. Interpreters who successfully complete Dilmaç’s review of identity, documentation, experience and professional qualifications can provide services on ComCom with a verified interpreter profile and receive a personal ComCom Interpreter ID.

Dilmaç is ComCom Türkiye’s strategic quality partner and is solely responsible for verifying interpreters who will provide services through ComCom in Türkiye. Dilmaç reviews identity, documentation, certificates, experience and professional qualifications. ComCom displays the result through the verified interpreter profile and manages the platform’s technical processes.
Interpreters in the ComCom network are expected to comply with the following professional and ethical standards.
Session content, documents and personal data are kept confidential and processed only within authorized procedures.
The interpreter does not interfere with the content, take sides or insert personal opinions into the communication.
Professional boundaries with users and organizations are maintained, and conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
Relationships established through ComCom may not be used to take over or redirect clients outside the platform process.
Punctual attendance, accurate check-in/check-out and complete assignment records are expected.
Expertise information must be kept current; interpreters participate in quality processes and, when required, reassessment carried out by Dilmaç.
Account, identity and access credentials must not be shared with third parties.
A professional appearance, appropriate communication and suitable service environment are maintained for online and on-site assignments.
Quality complaints are reviewed through documented procedures; cases requiring professional re-verification are referred to Dilmaç’s verification process.
