Data is transmitted securely throughout communication processes.
Only authorized people can access data within the scope of their responsibilities.
Sessions are recorded as part of the standard service process and stored on server infrastructure in Türkiye. Access to recordings is controlled.
Personal data is processed with applicable legal requirements in mind.
Data hosting and any international data transfers are managed in line with technical requirements and applicable KVKK obligations.
Authorized access is logged and can be reviewed when required.
Where recording is used, data location and any international transfers are managed according to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

Video recordings are not used for routine monitoring. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
For ComCom to review a video recording in connection with a complaint or review request, the relevant Deaf user and interpreter must each authorize access.
Users and interpreters are informed about recording, retention and access rules before the service. ComCom staff do not have standard access to content; review requires authorization from the relevant parties.
Healthcare sessions may contain special categories of personal data, so additional technical and organizational safeguards may apply.
