ComCom is a platform that supports accessible communication between deaf users and institutions through Turkish Sign Language (TİD) interpreters.

It aims to manage online instant interpreting, scheduled appointments, and face-to-face interpreting services in Istanbul on a single platform. A telephone callback/relay service is currently under development.

There are distinct usage processes for deaf users, TİD interpreters, companies, healthcare institutions, and public agencies.

Companies can use ComCom for customer service interactions with deaf customers, or for meetings, HR, training, and other business communications involving deaf employees.

It can be used to provide access to a professional Turkish Sign Language (TİD) interpreter at patient interaction points such as registration, examinations, tests, treatment explanations, and discharge.

In Turkey, the verification of interpreters who will work on the ComCom platform is conducted exclusively by Dilmaç. Dilmaç reviews identities, documents, certificates, experience, and professional qualifications. Upon successful verification, the interpreter’s profile is displayed as a professional interpreter on ComCom.

Individual face-to-face service is currently based in Istanbul.

The phone callback/relay service is not yet in production and is currently under development.
