Corporate plans are separate from individual Coin subscriptions and scale according to dashboard, user management, booking, reporting, accessibility infrastructure and integration needs.

Corporate usage: Individual corporate users are not charged from separate prepaid balances. Usage is pooled at company level; included minutes are used first, and additional usage is calculated at the contracted corporate unit rate and billed monthly.
• Purchased Coins can be used for online video interpreting.
• For online bookings, the required number of Coins is calculated by the system and can be reserved during booking.
• After an online session, only the Coins corresponding to actual usage are deducted.
• Reserved but unused Coins are returned to the balance.
• VAT is included in individual prices. Invoices and payment documents are available in the user account.
• Select the service and a suitable date/time
• For online service, the system calculates the required number of Coins
• The required Coins are reserved for the online service
• After the online session, only used Coins are deducted
• For on-site interpreting, the total cost including service and travel is shown before booking confirmation.
• On-site service is currently limited to Istanbul.
• Where applicable, on-site service and travel can be paid with Coins, by invoice, or by card/QR payment.
